Good Enough Place has officially launched 'Sunday', a reputation management platform poised to bring innovation to the experienced professional hiring market. Developed to keep pace with the rapidly changing recruitment environment and the increasing trend of experienced professionals changing jobs, Sunday offers tangible value to both companies and job seekers. The core of Sunday is its 'reputation inquiry service'. By efficiently addressing the most crucial verification process in experienced professional hiring, companies can significantly reduce the risk of hiring failures, time, and costs. This contributes to building a transparent and trustworthy recruitment ecosystem and aims for a healthy virtuous cycle in the job market. The platform consists of three main entities: companies, individuals (applicants), and referrers (reputation providers). Companies can choose the reputation inquiry method that suits them from blind, open, or double options, and Sunday provides high-quality reputation reports, vetted through internal review, within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 days at a reasonable price. When applicants choose the open or double method, they get the opportunity to directly check and manage their own reputation. Specifically, they can exercise a veto right against up to three referrers, enabling fair and proactive reputation management, which in turn enhances their competitiveness. Referrers receive a cash reward after writing and approving an applicant's reputation. Furthermore, Sunday has introduced a unique system that also pays rewards to applicants receiving reputation evaluations, providing a positive experience for all participants. Jang Rae-min, CEO of Good Enough Place, emphasized, "Sunday is a platform that can lower the uncertainty and burden of the recruitment process and be beneficial to everyone in need of hiring and job seeking," adding, "Sunday's biggest strength is solving reputation inquiries, management, and even matching at a reasonable price and in a short amount of time." Sunday is expected to lead the recruitment and verification market and set new standards.
