Deel's Global HR Revenue Crosses $800M, Proving Hypergrowth

Deel, a leader in the global HR service sector, is garnering industry attention for its remarkable achievements just six years after its establishment. Recently, Deel surpassed $800 million (approx. 1.1763 trillion KRW) in annual revenue and achieved the feat of securing an additional $300 million (approx. 441.3 billion KRW) in investment. The astounding 70% year-over-year revenue growth and achieving EBITDA profitability for two consecutive years are attributed to Deel successfully building a full-stack solution that encompasses all HR services, from onboarding to compliance, performance management, global payroll, and immigration support. This business diversification strategy has led global enterprises such as Instacart, TIME, DoorDash, OpenAI, Nike, Shopify, and Hermes to choose Deel's innovative services. Currently, over 35,000 companies in more than 150 countries partner with Deel, efficiently processing a total of $11.2 billion (approx. 16.4 trillion KRW) in payroll across 109 countries in over 100 currencies. This investment saw participation from global top-tier venture capitalists, including General Catalyst, and an undisclosed sovereign wealth fund, who highly evaluated Deel's growth potential. Alex Bouaziz, Co-founder and CEO, characterized 2024 as a year of business growth and product innovation, expressing a strong commitment to lead HR market innovation through even greater leaps in 2025. Deel's innovativeness is particularly highlighted by the fact that it is the world's largest remote-work company, with over 4,500 employees speaking 74 languages across 104 countries, all working 100% remotely. Launched in 2019 with the vision of supporting global talent acquisition, Deel is opening new horizons in the HR service market in just six years.
