Food tech innovation is expanding beyond the boundaries of traditional kitchens into new areas. A frying robot developed by Roboarte, a company specializing in robotics technology, has been successfully introduced at 'Bounce Trampoline Park,' opening a new chapter for future food and beverage services.
This is a pioneering case where a cooking robot was utilized for in-house food and beverage services not just in F&B establishments, but in leisure and cultural facilities, proving the potential of robotic technology in various multi-cultural spaces. Particularly, this introduction is even more significant as it is the second additional deployment, based on Bounce's positive experience from previously operating Roboarte's frying robot.
Bounce had already experienced increased efficiency in workforce management and stabilization of food and beverage services through the initial introduction of the first frying robot. Building on this positive experience, the second robot was deployed this time, further strengthening the complete automation of snack and simple meal preparation. This not only reduces the workload on employees but also serves as a key driver for providing customers with fast, hygienic, and consistently high-quality taste.
A Roboarte official emphasized that this case clearly demonstrated that robots can maximize operational efficiency not only in traditional F&B spaces but also in entertainment facilities. Going forward, Roboarte plans to actively expand its cooking automation solutions, developed based on its proprietary operating system 'ROBERT OS,' to various multi-cultural spaces such as PC rooms, comic book cafes, as well as leisure facilities.
Bounce also stated that through this innovative robot introduction, they have confirmed the immense potential to enhance employee satisfaction and provide customers with even faster and more hygienic services. Accordingly, they are positively reviewing the active introduction of the cooking robot system into future new stores.
As such, Roboarte's frying robot goes beyond simply being a food preparation machine; it is presenting a new business model by tackling two challenges: alleviating labor shortages and enhancing service quality. With Bounce Trampoline Park as a starting point, attention is drawn to Roboarte's steps to successfully lead the market expansion of robotic cooking solutions to all complex commercial facilities, encompassing non-F&B spaces.
