**Joining Hands with Kurly to Launch 'Kurly N Mart,' Strengthening Fresh Food and Dawn Delivery**
The most noteworthy collaboration is 'Kurly N Mart' with Kurly. This service, targeting the grocery market with high repeat purchase rates among users, provides popular Smartstore products and Kurly's fresh food via dawn delivery. Specifically, Kurly Nextmile, Kurly's logistics subsidiary, has joined Naver NFA (Naver Fulfillment Alliance), expanding dawn delivery to Smartstore products. Naver Plus membership members receive free delivery benefits for purchases over 20,000 won. Through this, Naver plans to provide users with a stable experience in terms of fresh food database, premium grocery shopping, and dawn delivery, areas where it was previously lacking.
**Expanding Mobility Services by Linking with Uber Taxi Membership**
In the third quarter, through an alliance with global taxi-hailing platform Uber Taxi, Naver plans to link Uber Taxi's membership service 'Uber One' with Naver Plus membership. This is an extension of the strategy to expand partnerships into daily life-oriented areas such as groceries (shopping) and mobility, following the Netflix OTT collaboration.
**Innovating User Experience by Enhancing AI Personalized Recommendations**
From a technological standpoint, Naver is also moving to strengthen user loyalty. Naver is enhancing personalized recommendations that comprehensively consider complex information such as not only price but also delivery speed, reviews, and membership benefits. In particular, Naver plans to reflect seller activity indicators such as order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service, which indicate seller reliability, in the recommendation process. In the second half of this year, the personalized recommendation area will be fully expanded on the Naver Plus Store home screen, and customized recommendations that precisely analyze users' potential context and derived intentions will be provided.
