TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup), hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, is a tech startup program where the government and private sector jointly discover and support startups with high growth potential. Selected companies receive official recognition for their technological capabilities. Recently, many startups have been selected for TIPS, accelerating the advancement of innovative technologies and their entry into the global market. **Rootfinders:** The developer of 'Easy Plus', a portal exclusively for the visually impaired, Rootfinders was selected for TIPS to advance voice-based payment technology and enhance integrated accessibility experiences. It will receive up to 700 million won in support to explore global expansion. **BHSN:** BHSN, the operator of 'Allyby', a Legal AI solution based on the legal-specialized LLM 'Allyby Astro', secured up to 1.2 billion won through Scale-up TIPS. It plans to expand into the Asian market by strengthening multimodal functions and developing active agents. **Yourcase:** Yourcase, the operator of 'Hanamichi', a lifestyle platform for foreign visitors to Korea, was selected for TIPS for developing AI chatbot-based customized communication services. With up to 700 million won in support, it aims to contribute to resolving complex procedures and language barriers. **Big Value:** Data tech company Big Value was selected for Scale-up TIPS and received 1.14 billion won in support. It will develop a 'Vertical AI-based Intelligent Data Analysis Agent' to enhance industry-specific task automation and AI utilization. **Pilsang:** Pilsang, the operator of 'Ssakdajaba', an AI-based real-time phishing blocking service, was selected for Scale-up TIPS following Deep-tech TIPS. It plans to enter the US and Japanese markets by focusing on improving AI detection precision and advancing enterprise systems. **Noblogis:** AI-based premium luggage storage and logistics automation company Noblogis received up to 700 million won through TIPS to develop an 'AI-based Logistics Loading Prediction and Quotation Automation System'. It aims to maximize smart warehouse efficiency and accelerate global expansion. **Rapitch:** AI specialist company Rapitch was selected for Scale-up TIPS and received 1.14 billion won in support. It will develop an 'Intelligent Metahuman Counseling System Based on Multi-AI Agent Orchestration', introducing a next-generation AI counseling solution that empathizes like a human. **Sweet & Sweets:** Sweet & Sweets, the operator of 'Makji', a low-sugar and gluten-free bakery, received up to 800 million won through TIPS. It will develop an automated process based on air capture technology and strengthen its clean label product lineup, building a global export platform. **Refundy:** Refundy, a developer of AI-based global seller refund automation solutions, was selected for TIPS Global Track. It plans to leap forward as an AI commerce operating infrastructure by building four types of AI agents and an 'AI Orchestration' system. **Makemake:** Makemake, the company behind the K-Beauty tech brand 'SOOO', received up to 700 million won through TIPS. It will develop upcycling technology to convert marine byproducts into high-value anti-aging beauty materials, pursuing entry into the North American and EU markets with sustainable longevity innovation.
