The second term plans to fully embark on new innovations through the 'On-Service AI' strategy, which links Naver's core AI technologies with its business portfolio. Additionally, Professor Kim Yi-bae of Duksung Women's University was newly appointed as an outside director and member of the audit committee, outside director Noh Hyuk-joon was reappointed, and a total of five resolutions, including the approval of financial statements and the approval of the director's remuneration limit, were all passed as proposed.
