Gyeonggi Content Agency (GyeonggiConJin), 'Gyeonggi Level Up 2025' Pitching Day Successfully Concludes! Green Light for Promising Startups to Attract Investment The 'Gyeonggi Level Up 2025' Pitching Day, hosted by the Gyeonggi Content Agency (hereinafter GyeonggiConJin), was successfully held from May 8th to 29th at the Pangyo Gyeonggi Culture & Creative Hub. A total of 65 companies, having passed the preliminary document screening, participated in this IR event, designed to discover promising content startups within the province and connect them with private investment, engaging in fierce competition. In particular, this event went beyond simple presentations, focusing on increasing the actual likelihood of attracting investment. A total of 46 companies – 20 in the Level Up Seed category, 8 in the Virtual Convergence Seed category, 10 in the Level Up Pre-A category, and 8 in the Virtual Convergence Pre-A category – achieved the remarkable feat of being selected as final recipients of investment attraction support. As part of the judging panel, over 40 experts from 'Gyeonggi Level Up Invest Partners (G-VIP)', GyeonggiConJin's core collaborative investment partner group, participated. They provided sharp feedback on each company's IR presentation, diagnosed their practical investment potential, and presented a path for startup growth. The finally selected companies have now secured a strong foundation for full-fledged growth. They are expected to strengthen their capabilities through various programs, including in-depth networking opportunities with private investors, as well as customized diagnostics and advanced business model consulting for each company. Furthermore, they can expect a total investment of over 1.1 billion KRW through the 'Gyeonggi Level Up Fund' (No. 2 and No. 3), directly managed by GyeonggiConJin, which is expected to be a significant driving force for their exponential growth. Tak Yong-seok, President of GyeonggiConJin, stated, "This Pitching Day was an important occasion for content startups to objectively verify their marketability and business potential, and to explore opportunities for investment attraction." He also expressed his strong commitment, saying, "We will continue to expand contact points with private investment and spare no effort in supporting the sustained growth of startups." GyeonggiConJin currently, through the 'Gyeonggi Level Up Program', has established cooperative relationships with 87 private investors as of May 2025. In conjunction with the Korea Venture Investment Corporation's Cultural Account, it successfully operates a content fund worth a total of 100 billion KRW, thereby contributing to the development of the K-Content industry. Notably, 35 companies that participated in the 'Level Up Program' in 2024 recorded a total investment attraction performance of 27.1 billion KRW, proving its effectiveness. As such, the 'Gyeonggi Level Up Program' is truly serving as a key gateway for promising content startups to grow into global companies by attracting private investment.
