Software development startup Genesis Nest is attracting attention, having recorded explosive growth that has surprised the industry in just three years since its founding. Its revenue, which was a mere 50 million KRW in 2022, surged past 1.98 billion KRW in 2023, and has already exceeded 6.05 billion KRW in 2024. Notably, it achieved 5.1 billion KRW in the first half of this year alone and expects to reach over 12 billion KRW in revenue by year-end, which shines even brighter as an achievement cultivated solely through its own capabilities without external investment. Behind this rapid growth lies Genesis Nest's solid technological prowess and know-how, established by developers from leading domestic IT companies such as NHN, Wemade, and Krafton. They specialize in project-based software development and technology strategy consulting, leveraging their experience across various industries to emphasize customized development and stable project execution capabilities as core strengths. A prime example of their success is their collaboration with THEBLACKLABEL. Genesis Nest successfully led the development of THEBLACKLABEL's fan community apps 'MEOVV:Churrrrr' and 'ALLDAY PROJECT: DAY OFF,' earning recognition for high quality and efficient drive. This partnership went beyond mere development, leading to various expanded ventures such as entry into the Chinese market and character business planning, thus proving its synergy.
