Gartner Names Crowdworks a Key Domestic Player in Financial Generative AI Platforms

CrowdWorks, a leading AI technology company, has proudly been listed as a representative generative AI platform provider from Korea in a key report by global research firm Gartner, demonstrating its global capabilities. Gartner's recently published 'Market Guide for Generative AI Platforms in Banking and Investment Services' report meticulously selected 30 generative AI platform providers for the global banking and investment services industry, and CrowdWorks had the honor of being selected as the sole Korean company among them. This achievement clearly demonstrates that CrowdWorks possesses technology recognized not only domestically but also in the global market. Gartner classifies the generative AI market into four technological layers: infrastructure, generative AI model access, generative AI engineering, and generative AI applications. CrowdWorks was recognized for its excellent capabilities in three areas, excluding infrastructure.
