The Gangwon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (hereinafter 'Gangwon Innovation Center') has successfully concluded a dynamic, practical workshop for prospective entrepreneurs who will lead the future. Planned as a core part of the 'G-Startup Youth Startup Support Program,' this event focused on strengthening the essential capabilities required to solve real challenges faced by early-stage entrepreneurs. Held over two days on the 24th and 25th at Jackson Nine's Hotel in Chuncheon, the event brought together prospective entrepreneurs from 15 incubated companies for an enthusiastic learning experience. The Gangwon Innovation Center provided them with a diverse range of educational programs designed to lay the groundwork for startup success. The workshop was filled with practical curricula immediately applicable in the startup field, beginning with vivid experiences shared by senior entrepreneurs, covering essential startup operation elements such as tax, accounting, and financial education, image management consulting that shapes a company's first impression, and strategies for initial fundraising and efficient capital operation. Top experts in each field, including Vice President Kim Jae-won of Biobites, Tax Accountant Jeon Young-jin of Jeon Young-jin Tax Accounting Office, CEO Lee Hyun-sook of Color Healing Center, and CEO Choi Jung-woo of Gowith Friends, served as instructors, generously sharing their expertise. Following the lectures, expert mentoring and active networking among participants took place. Prospective entrepreneurs received sharp, practice-oriented feedback from experts, improving their practical startup skills, while also exchanging ideas with fellow entrepreneurs, spending valuable time inspiring one another. Center Director Lee Hae-jung stated, "Our center aims for practical programs that enable execution in actual startup environments, beyond mere knowledge transfer," promising full support for startup success in the Gangwon region. The 'G-Startup Pre-Startup Support Program,' jointly promoted by Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province and the Gangwon Innovation Center, targets innovative prospective entrepreneurs aged 18-45 and companies less than one year old, offering diverse growth opportunities such as commercialization funds, mentoring, specialized programs, and investment linkage, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the local startup ecosystem.
