Featuring, a leader in global social data analysis, is fully rebranding its existing social data analysis platform 'DataEffect' to 'Featuring Enterprise', thereby accelerating its push into the B2B SaaS market. This change reflects Featuring's strong commitment to strengthening brand consistency and focusing on providing customized solutions for corporate clients.
Featuring Enterprise is a dashboard building platform that goes beyond simply collecting data, deeply analyzing and visualizing data from vast SNS channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, tailored to a company's unique business objectives. In particular, it features modules optimized for enterprise environments and sophisticated LLM-based natural language analysis capabilities, emphasizing system development (SI) capabilities tailored to client needs, thereby differentiating itself.
The core driving force of this platform is Featuring's self-developed data engine, 'Featuring AI'. Based on this powerful engine, it collects and analyzes in real-time over 18 million influencer channels and more than 400 million social media content data points, both domestically and internationally. This provides essential data-driven insights for various corporate decision-making processes, including influencer marketing, business development, and strategic planning.
Its innovative value has already been proven through major corporations. Last June, CJ CheilJedang Korea Marketing Division, which adopted Featuring Enterprise, successfully established an 'Early Trend Catching System'. This has dramatically automated the monitoring of social content and new F&B products, achieving an efficiency improvement of over 65% compared to before. CJ CheilJedang explained that beyond simple automation, the advancement of data collection and analysis logic has enabled the derivation of sophisticated insights, allowing for the establishment of swift and high-quality marketing strategies.
Choi Hwa-seop, CTO of Featuring, emphasized, "Social big data is a key management resource for capturing vivid consumer responses and trend changes," and stated his ambition, "Featuring's unique data analysis know-how will contribute to systematizing our clients' data governance and maximizing business performance."
Featuring does not stop here. In the future, it plans to integrate AI agent features into Featuring Enterprise that automate the entire influencer marketing process, going beyond social data analysis. To achieve this, it is accelerating the advancement of the Featuring AI engine by building an LLM-based intelligent social exploration infrastructure combined with multimodal technology.
