## Featuring Announces Innovation in Influencer Marketing with South Korea's First 'DM/Email Bulk Sending' Feature Added to its AI Solution
Global SNS data analysis company Featuring is ready to shake up the influencer marketing ecosystem by adding a groundbreaking feature to its AI all-in-one influencer marketing solution, 'Featuring'. On January 31, 2025, Featuring launched the Instagram Direct Message (DM) and email bulk sending feature for the first time in Korea, opening a new horizon for influencer marketing automation.
Currently utilized by over 12,000 companies and proven to reduce resources by up to 90%, the 'Featuring' solution has further enhanced its efficiency through this update. The newly added DM and email bulk sending feature allows personalized messages to be delivered simultaneously to up to 200 influencers, thereby significantly shortening the outreach process.
Jang Ji-hoon, CEO of Featuring, expressed his anticipation, stating, "With the addition of this feature, we will maximize the operational efficiency of influencer marketing and usher in an era where multiple social media platforms are managed in an integrated manner through 'Featuring' in one place."
Now, cumbersome tasks in the influencer outreach process such as collecting email accounts and managing lists are a thing of the past. Users can grasp everything from campaign proposals to sending status at a glance, and by setting name variables, personalized messages can be sent to each influencer, dramatically increasing the success rate of outreach.
Through the 'Find Influencer' feature, users can easily select influencers from major platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Naver Blog, create management groups, and send messages immediately. Companies with existing data can build new lists simply by entering SNS profile links or uploading Excel files, allowing for flexible use.
Featuring continues to invest in improving user experience. Following the addition of the X (formerly Twitter) platform and advanced filter functions last year, this year, it plans to make even more innovative updates, including real-time chat with influencers and performance prediction features through ad content analysis, thereby solidifying its leadership in the influencer marketing market.
