**FastFive Leads Co-working Office Market with Overwhelming Expansion... Adds 5 Branches in First Half Alone, Surpassing 56 Total!**
FastFive, a leader in the co-working office industry, has opened 5 new branches in the first half of 2025 alone, surpassing a total of 56 branches, and is continuing its relentless growth by announcing plans to open more than 10 additional branches by the end of the year.
Of these new branches, 4 are large-scale, with a total floor area of over 500 pyeong and around 10 floors, for which FastFive has adopted a consignment operation model where it manages the entire building. This demonstrates the deep trust landlords place in FastFive's ability to solve vacancies and increase building value. FastFive, which has been expanding its consignment-operated branches, such as the Magoknaru branch, and introducing various contract types since last year, plans to continue its policy of solving vacancies through partnerships with landlords in the future.
Strategic location preemption is also notable. Branch 52, Seolleung Central, and Branch 55, Samsung 5, have been added to Teheran-ro, where 17 branches already exist, aiming to absorb the explosive waiting demand in the Gangnam area and meet the expansion office needs of nearby IT and finance companies. Branch 54, Euljiro 2, was successfully acquired by FastFive from a space previously operated by a global co-working office within the Daishin Finance Center, marking a symbolic case that accelerates further expansion beyond the 6 existing branches in the downtown areas of Euljiro, City Hall, and Chungmuro.
Notably, Branch 56, Apgujeong, was developed in response to a surge of inquiries from the entertainment, fashion, and hospital sectors, in an area where large co-working offices were absent. It incorporates eco-friendly biophilic design into a building that is the first in Seoul to be approved as a zero-energy building exceeding 1,000 pyeong, and its popularity is evident from the pre-bookings received from 11 companies without any separate marketing.
Beyond simply providing office spaces, FastFive is enhancing its spaces and services to meet the diverse needs of its corporate clients. It is diversifying its portfolio by venturing into both spatial and non-spatial areas, such as its headquarters building solution 'Powered by Fafa', interior design brand 'Hyphen Design', and dedicated office design for large corporations.
CEO Kim Dae-il stated, "We view the current situation, where the co-working office market evaluation is divided due to the downturn of some global companies, as a time for 'separating the wheat from the chaff'." He added, "FastFive has consistently expanded even during the COVID-19 pandemic, growing into a trusted brand. As we still occupy less than 5% of the market share in core business districts, we will focus on expanding in Seoul and the metropolitan area to further consolidate our market dominance."
