DoWhat, a leader in the future of hotel operations, has opened new horizons in the domestic hospitality industry with its innovative integrated solution. DoWhat's integrated solution has been successfully implemented in 80 hotels across the country, totaling 27,900 rooms, providing a differentiated experience to over 1.36 million customers monthly.
This platform seamlessly integrates the entire hotel operation process into a single system, including direct booking, kiosk and mobile check-in/out, keyless entry, smart concierge, integrated back office, CRM, IoT control, and contactless payment. This provides overwhelming efficiency for hoteliers and a convenient, smart, non-face-to-face experience for guests, thereby transforming the paradigm of hotel operations. In particular, the vast amount of user data collected on-site serves as a core driving force for functional improvements and the foundation for developing AI-based personalized recommendation algorithms.
The true value of DoWhat's service shines beyond mere download or access figures, in the utilization rate of its 'operating system' within actual offline spaces. It is actively used in approximately 544,050 rooms monthly, which is an actual operational rate calculated by applying the average room occupancy rate of 65% and an average of 2.5 guests per room, based on industry statistics from the Korea Hotel Association and the Korea Tourism Organization.
Going forward, DoWhat plans to strengthen strategic alliances with small and medium-sized hotels and resort chains to expand its domestic B2B market, and from the second half of the year, it will extend the scope of its Opera PMS (Property Management System) integration to actively support its clients in maximizing operational efficiency and profits. Furthermore, with the successful establishment of its Singapore entity, it is officially entering the Southeast Asian market, accelerating its leap towards becoming a global hospitality solution company.
