Channel Corporation has dramatically unveiled the beta service of 'Team Alp', an AI assistant designed to maximize internal work efficiency, thereby expanding its horizons as an AI business messenger. This is a strategic move that follows the successful establishment of 'Customer Alp', an AI for customer response, extending AI capabilities to support internal corporate operations. Team Alp is a generative AI agent based on GPT and Gemini models. When employees input work-related questions, it directly performs tasks or instantly finds necessary information from sources like the enterprise document management tool 'Document', team messenger conversations, and the web, providing accurate answers. It offers core functionalities such as message drafting, conversation summarization, quick research, spell checking, and translation, all in a one-stop manner within the Channel Talk administrator screen without page transitions, completely eliminating the inconvenience of having to use separate external AI solutions previously. Notably, concerns about security have been allayed. All conversation content and attachments with Team Alp are designed not to be stored on external servers, allowing for secure service usage without worries about data leakage or AI training. This is a strong security measure that fundamentally prevents the possibility of internal confidential document leakage. The scope of utilization also extends beyond CS departments to non-consultative departments such as HR and general affairs. Through the advancement of its document management capabilities, Team Alp will efficiently respond to inquiries about internal regulations such as leave, business trips, and family events, thereby reducing repetitive work burdens and contributing to company-wide work productivity improvement. Channel Corporation will provide Team Alp free of charge to all client companies during the beta service period and plans to officially launch it after actively incorporating user feedback. CEO Choi Si-won stated his ambition, saying, "The vast information and AI capabilities of Channel Talk, including customer messenger and team messenger, will be unified to serve as a powerful business assistant within companies," and "We will develop it into an AI tool that supports productivity improvement across all areas of corporate operations." Channel Corporation has already proven its capabilities by innovating simple and repetitive inquiry responses for over 1,400 companies through 'Customer Alp', launched last November.
