**Opening New Horizons for Senior Lifelong Learning: Bosalpim Officially Launches 'Care Academy'** Bosalpim, which has successfully operated the senior care job platform 'Care Partner' and invigorated the senior employment market, has now officially launched 'Care Academy,' a lifelong learning service for seniors. Care Academy is a customized online learning platform designed to strengthen seniors' new job competencies. It currently offers a total of 21 specialized educational courses, including Hospital Companion Manager, Silver Cognitive Activity Instructor, and Elderly Care Living Supporter, helping seniors gain competitiveness in various fields and keep pace with a rapidly changing society. Notably, Care Academy demonstrated its potential with remarkable achievements during its five-month beta service period. It attracted 27,000 cumulative students and produced 6,000 certified individuals, igniting a fervent passion for learning among seniors. The platform focused on building a user experience (UX) environment optimized for senior users. It was designed to allow seniors unfamiliar with digital devices to easily access and immerse themselves in learning, incorporating not only a smartphone-based intuitive user interface (UI) but also detailed learning guides and navigation functions utilizing AlimTalk (notification messages). As a result, students with an average age of 61 recorded an astonishing completion rate of 60%, demonstrating significantly higher participation and completion compared to general online education services. This clearly shows how crucial a senior-optimized educational environment is. Bosalpim is also accelerating the establishment of an ecosystem that organically connects education and employment through Care Academy. Educational records completed and certifications obtained at Care Academy are automatically linked to the 'Care Partner' profile, Bosalpim's core platform, without any separate procedure, allowing them to be immediately utilized for job search activities. Care Partner, currently active with 200,000 caregivers and 6,000 care facilities, provides seniors with practical opportunities beyond simple employment, enabling them to transition to new roles or deepen their expertise to find jobs with better conditions. Indeed, there is a growing number of success stories where caregivers expand their roles to Hospital Companion Managers or acquire additional specialized knowledge to secure better-paying jobs.
