Edutech specialized company Bubblecon has officially launched its integrated learning data management service 'stlink' and learning content analysis service 'stclass' on Google Workspace, laying the groundwork for its expansion into the global market. These two services, unveiled on June 18th, are centered on global platform integration based on OneRoster.
The newly introduced stlink provides the convenience of integrating and managing major domestic and international Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google, Microsoft, and Canvas with a single account. Notably, it is the first in Korea to adopt an education institution-centric data structure, linking in real-time with Student Information Systems (SIS) to achieve synchronization of learning information. This reduces the cumbersome login process for teachers and students, contributing to shorter class preparation times and increased learning immersion.
stclass, launched alongside stlink, organically connects learning content and student information, and provides integrated learning record (LRS) collection and analysis features based on cmi5 and xAPI standards. Through this, teachers can design personalized feedback based on student behavioral data, and educational institutions can make effective policy decisions based on in-depth learning analysis.
The biggest differentiator of Bubblecon's services lies in its structure where student personal information is not stored on external servers but managed directly by the educational institution. This is evaluated as a 'Korean-style OneRoster' model that perfectly complies with the strict personal information regulations in the Asian region, going beyond North America (FERPA) and Europe (GDPR). It is expected to attract significant interest not only from countries with strong personal information regulations like Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan, but also from countries where legal frameworks are being developed, such as Vietnam and Malaysia.
Bubblecon, having already verified its technical compatibility through integration with Microsoft, successfully integrated with Google after years of cooperation. In May, at the 'Google for Education Leader Series Korea 2025' event, stlink and stclass were first unveiled, receiving enthusiastic attention from education officials both domestically and internationally.
A Bubblecon official stated, "In the global edutech market, the balance between integrated management of learning data and personal information protection will be a key competitive advantage." They added, "With this Google integration as a stepping stone, we will accelerate our expansion into not only the Asian market but also North America and Europe, and establish ourselves as a new strong player in the global edutech market."
