BAICE, an IT solutions specialist company, has officially launched 'G2B Finder', an artificial intelligence (AI)-based search engine set to change the landscape of the public procurement market, after four years of dedicated research and development. Its goal is to put an end to the chronic inefficiencies and fairness controversies surrounding the Nara Jangteo Comprehensive Shopping Mall, which boasts an annual scale of 200 trillion won, and to innovatively elevate the transparency and efficiency of the public procurement system, into which national tax revenues are invested.
The core of G2B Finder is its 'AI image search' feature. With just one product photo and no complicated search terms, the AI instantly finds numerous similar products registered on Nara Jangteo. It visually groups similar-looking products for easy comparison at a glance, and provides detailed information including price, catalogs, and actual delivery cases, helping public officials make optimal choices.
This innovative platform will maximize transparency in the purchasing process, greatly contributing to establishing a market structure where products are fairly evaluated based solely on their quality and price competitiveness. For public institutions, this brings the dual benefits of national budget savings and improved administrative efficiency, allowing public officials to be free from repetitive task burdens and focus on their core duties.
Furthermore, G2B Finder provides a fair competitive environment for small and medium-sized manufacturers. It offers a foundation for companies with unique technology and design to be fairly evaluated and grow without suffering from image theft, and the 'preferential search for local enterprise products' feature is expected to have a positive impact on revitalizing local economies.
G2B Finder currently offers services across 125 detailed categories, including furniture, transportation facilities, and lighting fixtures, and will continuously expand its scope. BAICE is confident that this platform will become a core infrastructure leading the future of public administration in South Korea through data and AI technology.
