ABLEY's Japanese fashion platform, 'amood', has firmly established itself as a K-fashion shopping app, surpassing 5.6 million cumulative app downloads. Amood, ABLY's first global service, successfully settled in by meticulously analyzing its proprietary AI personalization recommendation technology and the taste data of local Japanese customers. Notably, since October last year, it has formalized its one-stop overseas expansion service for Korean sellers, playing a crucial role in the globalization of K-fashion. Driven by this active user inflow, amood's monthly transaction volume in February surged by 100% compared to the same period last year, and the number of ordering customers also increased by 80%, showing remarkable achievements. In particular, those in their 20s emerged as the main consumer group, accounting for over 50% of the total transaction volume, followed by teenagers and those in their 30s. The performance of Korean shopping malls has also been dazzling. Casual clothing shopping mall 'Bliz' saw an explosive 302% growth in transaction volume within amood, while 'AnyoneMore' and 'AndMore' also recorded significant growth rates of 112% and 100% respectively. As for the latest trends, the strong presence of Y2K style continues. Camo patterns, vintage washes, and bootcut pants are steadily gaining popularity and driving sales. For example, 'Ellua''s 'Camo Fur Quilted Padding' saw its transaction volume increase by 183% in January compared to the previous month, and 'Mio''s 'Vintage Stone Washed Bootcut Denim' and 'FreePlan''s 'Yellow Vintage Washed Pintuck Slit Wide Denim' have both ranked in the top 10 best-selling items for two consecutive months recently. Amood's secret to success lies in significantly lowering the barriers for K-fashion sellers to enter Japan. It has built a system that allows sellers to automatically link their products to the Japanese market without additional personnel or cost investment, and has created an environment where even small-to-medium and nascent markets can achieve stable sales through sophisticated AI recommendation technology. Kim Gwang-hoon, Head of ABLY's Japan Business Division, stated, "Amood goes beyond simply lowering the hurdles for sellers' overseas expansion; it provides unwavering marketing support through various special exhibitions and events to ensure successful settlement and stable growth in the local market." He further emphasized, "As the global influence of Korean content, including K-fashion and beauty, grows, we will continue to provide full support to help Korean sellers lead the way in spreading K-style on the global stage."
