AB180, an AI-based marketing technology company, is officially introducing its sophisticated ad performance measurement and analysis solution, 'Airbridge,' to Shinhan Investment Corp. to advance its digital marketing capabilities.
Shinhan Investment Corp., while expanding its core services such as investment, asset management, and trading to be mobile-centric and strengthening its digital financial competitiveness, chose Airbridge as a solution to more accurately analyze customers' increasingly diverse usage channels and paths. This decision was based on the judgment that it is essential to precisely understand the complex customer journey and establish optimal marketing strategies.
With this adoption, Shinhan Investment Corp. aims to maximize marketing efficiency by meticulously tracking the customer's integrated journey and clearly identifying the contribution of each channel's ad performance. Furthermore, it plans to integrate the existing tracking system, which was bifurcated into web and app, into Airbridge, thereby securing consistency in data operations and building a more sophisticated decision-making system based on customer behavior data. Through this, highly reliable data-driven strategy formulation is expected to become possible.
Airbridge is an all-in-one platform that goes beyond a simple performance measurement solution (MMP) to provide integrated features including data collection, ad channel integration, deep link management, and ad fraud prevention. It allows for intuitive management of ad data scattered across different channels from a single dashboard, making campaign efficiency and cost analysis easy. Furthermore, its real-time cohort analysis feature, based on its proprietary database, helps derive deep customer insights.
