Magpie Tech Raises $580K on Kickstarter

Global crowdfunding specialist company MagpieTech has once again proven its capabilities with a series of successes. The 'AirCannon' project, recently launched on Kickstarter in the US, successfully concluded by raising over $580,000 (approximately 840 million won). This air blower product, boasting a powerful airflow exceeding 200 km/h, also garnered attention by being selected as a 'Project We Love' on Kickstarter. Notably, this AirCannon project is the second collaboration with Taiwan's KIKAI TOOL, proving synergy by previously succeeding in raising approximately $500,000 (approximately 720 million won) for the 'Maker Pro' project. KIKAI TOOL's CEO, Kai Yang, stated that thanks to MagpieTech's 'all-in-one service encompassing planning, delivery, and after-sales management,' they were able to confirm the product's global market potential and achieve high sales in a short period, expressing their intention to continue cooperation in the future. Shin Woong-chul, CEO of MagpieTech, emphasized that this success firmly demonstrates the company's crowdfunding operational capabilities and that they will spare no effort in providing systematic support to companies aspiring to enter the global market. Based on 6 years of direct product development, production, and delivery experience, MagpieTech has raised over $4.15 million (approximately 6 billion won) through a total of 13 products to date. It serves as a key facilitator, helping with market validation and initial customer acquisition by utilizing major platforms such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Makuake. Furthermore, starting with the world's first two-way laser distance meter, the 'VH-80,' it has expanded its diverse lineup of tool products and was awarded the $2 million Export Tower. MagpieTech plans to continue supporting the global expansion of innovative products and lead the creation of new business opportunities through crowdfunding.
