An innovative wave of change is sweeping through the global education market. Yokus, a video technology specialist, has positioned itself at the center of this change by signing a supply contract for its video meeting solution 'Bicolo' with Nisai Learning, which provides online and blended education to over 30 countries worldwide. Nisai Learning, which operates curricula accredited by international educational certification bodies such as Cambridge UK and Pearson Edexcel, is expected to further enhance the quality of its online education through this collaboration. Bicolo provides Nisai Learning's educational platform with core features such as ultra-low latency of 80ms between users, support for high definition (1080P or higher), 1TB large file sharing, real-time chat, and automatic speech-to-text (STT) conversion. In particular, unlimited features optimized for online learning, such as whiteboards, document sharing, polls and real-time surveys, AI-based student evaluation material creation, and behavioral pattern data analysis, are expected to maximize immersion and participation for students taking non-face-to-face classes. Nisai Learning emphasized that Bicolo's improved video quality and stable real-time streaming environment will dramatically boost learning effectiveness. Building on this collaboration with Nisai Learning, Yokus plans to actively expand Bicolo solution exports beyond Europe to Asian markets including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Based on innovative cloud-based video streaming, conversion, and processing technologies, Yokus, which operates the live commerce and broadcast video processing service 'FlipFlop' and the real-time web-based video meeting solution 'Bicolo', is committed to helping its clients succeed by implementing 'video conferencing services unrestrained by time and place,' as CEO Choi Chang-hoon stated. Its participation in the SparkLabs accelerator program and its seed investment round in 2016 underscore Yokus's technological prowess and growth potential.
