Yanolja: Q3 GMV ₩11.9 Trillion, Revenue ₩298.3 Billion
Global travel tech company Yanolja announced that it achieved unprecedented performance in Q3 2025, once again proving its presence in the global market. Yanolja's Q3 global consolidated gross merchandise volume (GMV) reached KRW 11.9 trillion, a sharp increase of 25.7% year-on-year, setting a new all-time high. Approximately 78% of this GMV was generated from overseas markets. Notably, the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region grew by over 36%, demonstrating its role as a key growth driver for global expansion. The growth of cloud-based hospitality solutions (SaaS) and data solutions was instrumental in this increase in consolidated GMV. According to Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS), Yanolja's Q3 consolidated revenue recorded KRW 298.3 billion (+12.8%). Adjusted EBITDA posted KRW 31.3 billion, maintaining solid profitability in the KRW 30 billion range, despite some impact from aggressive investment expansion. The standout performer this quarter was the Enterprise Solutions segment. With a consolidated GMV of KRW 10.4 trillion (+31.3%) and revenue of KRW 102.9 billion (+9.1%), it achieved the milestone of exceeding KRW 100 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time. Adjusted EBITDA reached KRW 31.5 billion with a margin of 30.6%, setting new all-time quarterly highs for GMV, revenue, and profitability. Notably, SaaS/Data solution revenue grew by a robust 53% to KRW 29.6 billion, driving the segment's performance. Yanolja plans to further enhance profitability and growth by continuously advancing its data-driven operational solutions for global partners. The Consumer Platform segment also continued its growth trajectory with revenue of KRW 211.0 billion (+15.6%). While increased demand for services such as travel, leisure & culture contributed to revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA was recorded at KRW 9.4 billion (margin of 4.5%). This was attributed to strategic investments aimed at strengthening market dominance and building an integrated IT infrastructure for platforms within the 'NOL Universe'. Through these efforts, Yanolja anticipates enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and achieving cost optimization in the mid to long term. A Yanolja official stated, "The achievement of Q3 revenue and consolidated GMV is a result of sustained growth across global markets. Based on the overwhelming profitability of Enterprise Solutions and the scalability of the Consumer Platform, we will further solidify our AI and data-driven global travel tech leadership." Yanolja is expected to further strengthen its position as an innovative company leading the global market.
