HR tech company Wantedlab has brought innovation to the recruitment market by newly launching two AI agents for job seekers, based on Large Language Models (LLM). By combining Wantedlab's vast accumulated recruitment data with LLM technology, the company focused on resolving the difficulties job seekers faced in finding suitable positions and the uncertainty of resume optimization. The 'Position Search Agent,' introduced this time, goes beyond existing keyword or filter-centric search methods. When job seekers input desired conditions in natural language, such as "Find a 7-year experienced marketing position with remote work possibility" or "Tell me positions I can get with my career," the AI analyzes their resume's career and experience to recommend optimal positions. The AI comprehensively analyzes job seekers' preferences, career patterns, previous application experiences, industries of interest, and job competencies, providing customized suggestions that extend beyond existing career scopes to include new roles or industries. This helps shorten search time and allows for the exploration of diverse career opportunities. Another key service, the 'Resume Coaching Agent,' contributes to optimizing job seekers' resumes by analyzing successful resume patterns for the desired position. Based on job posting content and successful application data, the AI suggests concrete improvement directions, focusing on approximately 8 items such as career description methods and project structure. Furthermore, it provides reconstructed sample resumes based on successful cases for similar positions, and the AI's suggestions can be instantly applied with a single click, dramatically reducing the time and effort required for resume writing. Through the launch of these AI agents for job seekers, Wantedlab is expanding AI-based automation across the entire HR market, alongside its 'Recruitment Agent' for companies.
