Sweetspot, a specialized company that is changing the landscape of the pop-up store market, has expanded its pop-up-exclusive space, 'STAGE X', just one year after its launch, to a total of 8 branches in Seongsu-dong and Jongno, showing formidable growth. Currently, it has secured 7 bases in Seongsu-dong and 1 in Jongno, expanding its territory around major commercial districts.
Sweetspot is highly regarded for its strategy of meticulously analyzing commercial districts and reviewing locations based on its deep expertise in commercial real estate, and selecting only spaces optimized for pop-up stores. Especially in Seongsu-dong, often called the holy land of pop-up stores, it has secured branches of various sizes, from large flagships to easily accessible smaller spaces, perfectly responding to the characteristics and requirements of each brand.
The existing 'STAGE X Seongsu Dowon' (Branch 1) and 'STAGE X Ikseon' (Branch 2) have proven their popularity with an operating rate that nearly doubled year-on-year since their operation.
