It is rapidly expanding its market dominance at an overwhelming speed, signing an average of 18 contracts per month with large office buildings in major business districts across Seoul and the metropolitan area. SpaceAD's core solution, 'Prime Office Media,' is a space-optimized information provision service that goes beyond simple digital signage. Utilizing digital signage technology, it is strategically placed in users' essential pathways, such as main building lobbies or elevator halls, ensuring high visibility. Furthermore, it provides customized content for both tenants and visitors, elevating the building's prestige while serving as a practical information hub. The differentiating factor of this service lies in its data-driven content solution based on SpaceAD's proprietary technology. By meticulously analyzing the interests of building users, it has evolved beyond merely displaying advertisements, transforming into useful and engaging informative media, which is highly praised. Landmark buildings in Korea, such as Yeouido TP Tower, Anchor One, Gangnam Parnas Tower, and Pangyo AlphaDome, have actively adopted SpaceAD's media, further solidifying the position of Prime Office Media within the commercial real estate market. Particularly this year, it plans to aggressively expand its Prime Living Media, specialized for luxury apartments in Seoul and the metropolitan area, to secure spatial media leadership in the premium residential space market as well.
