Soomgo, a comprehensive life-skill platform, has unveiled a new review system designed to innovatively strengthen trust between customers and experts (Masters).
The core of this reorganization is enabling Masters to request reviews by attaching 'before-and-after photos' along with a thank-you message to customers after service completion. Through this feature, Soomgo supports customers in more easily writing high-quality reviews based on specific photo-based information, and helps Masters visually prove their service results and expertise, enabling differentiated branding. Up to 10 general photos and 5 before-and-after comparison photos can be attached, clearly showing the changes brought by the service.
Soomgo expects this two-way review system to go beyond simply accumulating reviews, contributing to improved customer satisfaction, increased re-utilization rates for Masters, and ultimately, the establishment of a healthy transaction culture. CPO Ha Hee-jin emphasized that reviews are 'intuitive information' that helps customers choose, and a 'digital asset' for Masters, adding that Soomgo's own survey results show 97% of users refer to reviews when searching for Masters. This supports Soomgo's vision that reviews will move beyond mere evaluation tools to become a point of two-way communication between customers and Masters, and a key tool for Master branding.
To commemorate the introduction of the new feature, Soomgo will hold a 'Review Together' event from July 14th to August 10th, presenting prizes to customers and Masters who write excellent reviews.
Meanwhile, Soomgo is also strengthening its operational policies to enhance the fairness and reliability of reviews. Reviews written based solely on consultations without actual service will be kept private, and Soomgo is focusing on creating a transparent and trustworthy review environment through a 365-day constant reporting system via chatbot and an automatic fraudulent review detection algorithm introduced in 2023. Soomgo plans to continue fostering a healthy service environment based on the emotional connection and trust between customers and Masters.
