Numerous AI deep tech startups have been selected for the ‘Super Gap Startup 1000+ Micro DIPS’ project, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, laying an important foundation for K-AI’s global leap. Recognized for their innovative technology and global potential in the AX (AI Transformation) sector, these companies will receive government commercialization funds and technical verification infrastructure to accelerate technology advancement and entry into overseas markets.
The selected companies are as follows:
* **H2K** has dramatically improved the content production efficiency of its Korean language learning app, ‘Sojunghan-geul,’ using LLM-based no-code automatic language content generation technology. It aims to expand into the global market by satisfying the worldwide demand for K-content learning through AX technology that automatically converts Hallyu videos into Korean language learning content.
* **Netstream** has demonstrated its AI expertise by developing ‘I-DO,’ an LLM-based corporate education AI agent, and ‘ChatRPG,’ an AI game. Through this project, in particular, the company plans to accelerate its transition into an AI agent specialist by focusing on developing an AI agent specifically for startup education.
* **Skyintelligence** has unveiled ‘B.THREE,’ the world’s first commercial generative 3D AI content creation automation platform. Based on NVIDIA Omniverse, it automates the entire process from product scanning to rendering using AI, enabling anyone to easily create high-quality 3D content, and is now fully embarking on its global market expansion as a leading K-AI player.
* **Inflearn (Inflearn)** has been recognized for its in-house AI pipeline, which covers subtitles, translation, and dubbing that preserves the instructor’s voice, as well as its overseas localization capabilities. Its ambition is to create a learning environment free of language barriers and establish global learning standards.
* **Murffle** operates ‘Murphy,’ an AI-based research paper writing collaboration solution, helping researchers efficiently co-edit papers. Based on its technology, which ranks second globally in LaTeX-based research paper writing, it anticipates evolving into a platform for enhancing research productivity worldwide.
* **YATAV Ent.** is pursuing the task of ‘counselor training using AI’ through its AI-based non-face-to-face psychological counseling service, ‘Metaforest.’ The goal is for AI to become an assistant that enhances the capabilities of human counselors, contributing to the expansion of the global mental health care ecosystem beyond Korea, including Spain, Taiwan, and the U.S.
* **JEJEMIMI** provides differentiated features for automatically organizing and sharing children’s growth records with its AI parenting record solution, ‘Ssukssuk Charkak.’ Through the advancement of its multimodal AI model and accelerated global localization strategy, it plans to offer a new dimension of parenting experience to parents and children worldwide.
These startups are expected to leverage government support to promote the excellence of South Korean AI technology worldwide and grow into innovative companies leading the global market in their respective fields.
