The YouTube program 'Startup Morning Coffee,' led by CEO Jeon Hwa-sung, meets viewers live daily at 8:40 AM on the 'Jeon Hwa-sung's CNTV' channel, deeply highlighting the core competencies and market potential of innovative startups while creating a lively platform for information exchange through real-time communication.
The 'Medicompact' introduced this time is gaining attention as an O2O (Online to Offline) platform that specifically innovates beauty and medical service accessibility for women in their 40s and 50s. To resolve the sense of alienation experienced by middle-aged and older individuals due to existing beauty platforms focusing on younger generations, Medicompact provides customized services for them. Furthermore, it contributes to revitalizing medical tourism by integrating an LLM (Large Language Model)-based messenger translation module, and is currently growing rapidly with the support of CNT Tech's Youth Startup Academy.
Medicompact's core strength lies in its user-centric, sophisticated matching system. When women in their 40s and 50s select areas they are primarily concerned about, such as wrinkle improvement or skin elasticity enhancement, the platform provides detailed recommendations, including personalized hospital information and estimated costs. This service has garnered an explosive response in the initial market, recording 81 quote requests averaging 1.73 million won within just 9 weeks of its launch. Its revenue model consists of a subscription service for hospitals and commissions based on user consultation requests, leading to expectations of stable growth.
CEO Jeon Hwa-sung added important strategic advice regarding Medicompact's business direction. As it has two clear targets – attracting LLM-based international tourists and women in their 40s and 50s – he emphasized the critical importance of designing and executing the market more precisely from an integrated perspective, rather than viewing them merely as individual targets, to generate tangible market results. This is interpreted as a key challenge for Medicompact to achieve sustainable growth.
