Shinhan Future's Lab 11th Batch Selects 31 Companies, Expands Global Entry Support

Shinhan Financial Group has fully opened the doors to 'Shinhan Futureslab' Batch 11, which injects new vitality into the startup ecosystem. At the Welcome Day event held in Seoul on the 30th of last month, 31 promising startups selected for the incubation and collaboration tracks, along with Shinhan Financial officials, gathered to share their vision for future growth. 'Shinhan Futureslab' has established itself as a core program that accelerates the growth of early-stage startups. It generously provides everything from investment attraction consulting to business design support, achieving remarkable results by the end of last year: a cumulative investment of 102.3 billion won, 311 collaborative businesses, and the emergence of 26 potential unicorns. Notably, in this Batch 11, the 'Global Expansion' sector has been newly established, drawing significant attention. Six startups aspiring to enter the Japanese and Vietnamese markets have been selected. They will not only gain the opportunity to participate in 'Sushi Tech Tokyo 2025' alongside the Korea Fintech Support Center but also receive country-specific tailored support, including invitations to local demo days in Vietnam during the third quarter. The selected startups will receive all necessary benefits for growth, including collaboration opportunities with Shinhan Financial Group affiliates, dedicated fund investments, office space support, IR participation, and IPO support. A Shinhan Financial official emphasized, "We will continuously explore practical support measures that encompass global expansion, in line with the changing market and the needs of startups." Pitch AI, an AI-based startup selected for this Batch 11, has been listed in the 'Incubation Track Global Sector' and has seized the opportunity to further strengthen its global competitiveness through Shinhan Financial's powerful overseas network, local subsidiary connections, and investment support. An official from Pitch AI expressed their bold ambition, stating, "Through our selection for Shinhan Futureslab Batch 11, we will lead the digital transformation not only in the Japanese market but also in the newly challenged Vietnamese advertising market."
