Seoul AI Hub has officially launched the 'Global Market Entry Support Program' to help domestic AI startups enter the global market. This program provides customized support, ranging from establishing joint booths at major overseas exhibitions to local networking and connecting investment and business meetings, aiming to strengthen startups' global capabilities and help them successfully settle in overseas markets.
Having successfully commenced with VivaTech 2025 held in Paris, France, last June, Seoul AI Hub will continue to support participation in major global technology and AI-related exhibitions, including TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 in the US this October, AIMX Singapore 2025 in Singapore this November, and CES 2026 in the US in January 2026, thereby significantly expanding opportunities for AI startups to enter overseas markets.
At VivaTech 2025, five companies – StudioLab, 4DVision, Piaspace, Qubic, and Flipsion Korea – participated. They confirmed the strong global market interest through meetings with local European investors and accelerators, government/institutional cooperation proposals, and consultations with major buyers. In particular, StudioLab achieved a remarkable feat by showcasing its AI-based robotic photography solution and engaging in cooperation discussions with global companies and investors such as LVMH, L'Oréal, H&M Ventures, and Disney. 4DVision, with its 3D precision vision sensor technology, and Piaspace, with its multimodal real-time video analysis solution, successfully verified their technological prowess and market potential by exploring investment and business cooperation opportunities with multinational partners.
Seoul AI Hub plans to continue supporting AI startups' global competitiveness by preparing ongoing support measures, including connecting them with global partners and providing follow-up commercialization assistance. Park Chan-jin, Director of Seoul AI Hub, stated, "Beyond mere exhibition participation, we will help Korean AI startups achieve concrete results on the world stage through multifaceted support such as identifying local partners, connecting with investors, consulting, and expanding networks with overseas startup support organizations."
