Selectstar, MCST K-Content AI Innovation Project Collaboration

AI data and reliability verification specialist Selectstar has been selected as a key participating organization in the '2025 K-Content AI Innovation Leading Project,' ambitiously promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency, thereby opening new horizons for K-Content. This national project, with a total budget of 10 billion KRW and the largest budget ever invested in a Korea Creative Content Agency support project, aims to create innovative content experiences by integrating artificial intelligence technology into K-Content. Selectstar will participate in the 'Global AI Immersive Exhibition' project, organized by The Pinkfong Company, a global family entertainment enterprise, playing a pivotal role in developing AI technology that will provide visitors with an unprecedented immersive experience. Specifically, it plans to build a customized AI learning dataset that accurately recognizes visitors' voices, enabling characters to respond naturally and realistically even in diverse environments. Furthermore, it will create an innovative environment for organic interaction throughout the exhibition space through interactive AI avatars and real-time 3D animation technology that instantly responds to visitors' speech and actions. Selectstar's participation in this project is particularly expected to shine in the field of 'AI reliability.' Selectstar will simultaneously enhance the safety and completeness of content based on its unique AI reliability technology. By establishing a 'worldview compatibility DB' and 'AI verification standards' to preemptively block expressions that do not align with the character's worldview or are inappropriate, it plans to build a safe AI exhibition environment where the AI can independently judge situations and families with children can enjoy with peace of mind. This will be a key factor in further boosting confidence in K-Content. This project is led by The Pinkfong Company as the main organizer, with a consortium of top specialized companies in each field, including Selectstar (AI technology and 3D implementation), PPLI (immersive media exhibition production), Pozalabs (AI music implementation), and Daberoart (AI media art development), preparing for an innovative exhibition scheduled to open in 2026. Selectstar has already proven its technological capabilities by applying its self-developed AI reliability verification solution 'Datumo Eval' to AI video letter services based on popular character IPs such as 'Catch! Teenieping,' 'Shinbi's House,' and 'Hello Carbot,' providing a safe service that even infants and toddlers can use with peace of mind. In August, it was selected as part of the elite team for the government-led 'Independent AI Foundation Model' project as a member of the SKT consortium, leading AI technology innovation.
