An innovative AI big data company, S2W, has successfully passed the preliminary review for listing on the KOSDAQ market, completing preparations to meet investors through an initial public offering (IPO) in the second half of this year. The lead underwriter for the listing is Daishin Securities. Established in 2018, S2W boasts unique technological capabilities in AI-based analysis of vast amounts of data collected from 'hidden channels' such as the dark web and Telegram. The company focuses on developing AI solutions that not only strengthen national security for investigative and defense agencies but also maximize corporate information security and data operational efficiency. Key products include 'Jarvis,' a cybersecurity big data platform for public and government agencies; 'Quasar,' a cyber threat intelligence platform for enterprises; and 'SAIP,' a generative AI platform supporting AI transformation across various industries. Notably, S2W utilizes 'multi-domain cross-analysis' technology, leveraging ontology-based knowledge graphs, to organically connect and deeply analyze data from diverse domains, providing more sophisticated insights. S2W's influence is rapidly expanding beyond South Korea to the international community. It is actively collaborating with domestic and international large corporations, public and government agencies, and international organizations. Since 2020, it has continuously collaborated with Interpol to strengthen international public safety, showcasing its AI technology for tracking cybercrime at international organization conferences, including Interpol and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), thereby solidifying its position as a global security partner. It has secured leading overseas institutions as clients, including government agencies in Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia, and the Taiwan Stock Exchange, with international sales last year showing explosive growth of over six times compared to the previous year. Seo Sang-deok, CEO of S2W, stated, "This IPO will be a crucial turning point for S2W to leap beyond Asia and become a truly global-scale company," adding, "Based on our successful establishment in the public sector, we will expand our business into the private industries of those regions, leading the AI transformation of security and industries worldwide."
