RSquare Launches AI-Based Next-Generation Data Solution ‘RA’

Rsquare, which is bringing innovation to the commercial real estate market, is celebrating the successful first year of its data solution 'RA (Rsquare Analytics)' and has unveiled its AI-powered future strategy. RA was born to provide data-driven transparency to the commercial real estate sector, which had been struggling with information asymmetry. Characterized by field-centric primary data collection and time-series analysis, it has built asset data for over 7,000 properties nationwide over the past year, and has solidified its unique position by providing over 10,000 detailed data points monthly, totaling over 100,000 accumulated data points, for real estate transaction and appraisal practices. From global powerhouses such as the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Deutsche Bank's asset management arm (DWS) to leading domestic financial institutions including Woori Bank, Samsung Securities, Igis Asset Management, and Hyundai Commercial, over 150 client companies are proving RA's value. Moving forward, RA plans to introduce AI-based Automated Valuation Models (AVM) and sophisticated rent prediction models to automatically present the current value and future profitability of properties, and will enhance location analysis based on geographic information to provide investment suitability indicators. It also plans to maximize user convenience by upgrading its English interface and adding custom report automation features.
