Redwit, which provides the cloud and on-premise electronic research notebook service ‘GOONO’, recently held the ‘2025 R&D Trends & Business Plan Offline Seminar’ in Seoul, which successfully concluded amidst keen interest from stakeholders in the research and development (R&D) sector. This seminar meticulously analyzed changes in R&D policies and the latest trends for 2025, and focused on providing essential practical information for companies and research institutions preparing to undertake R&D projects.
Approximately 70 attendees had the opportunity to delve deeply into key topics such as a review of R&D in 2024, R&D project concepts, changes for 2025, and methods for writing successful business plans. In particular, the summary of R&D support programs by ministry and the TIPS business plan sample shared by Redwit received high praise from attendees, raising expectations for immediate applicability. During the Q&A session, regulations that must be thoroughly understood when conducting R&D, such as the National R&D Innovation Act and research notebook guidelines, were reviewed, and key guidelines covering the entire process from project exploration to writing were presented.
A Redwit official stated, “It was a meaningful event that presented clear directions for 2025 R&D trends and changes in support programs,” adding, “We will continue to expand educational and support programs that provide practical help to companies and researchers conducting R&D.”
Redwit, which has been at the forefront of specialized education and information provision in the R&D and government support program sectors, last year held the ‘Data and Electronic Documents for Digital Transformation’ webinar with Hana Financial TI, and this January, it was designated as the first private original certification body for trade secrets by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, further enhancing the reliability of research data protection and management. Through these continuous efforts, Redwit's electronic research notebook service ‘GOONO’ is actively used by approximately 2,000 schools, institutions, and companies, including CHA University School of Medicine, driving market growth.
