Business Canvas's B2B sales solution 'Re:catch' recorded remarkable achievements in 2024, firmly solidifying its market position. In addition to an increase of over 205% in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and securing 322 paid clients, it created tangible value by supporting clients in building robust pipelines, based on its 'Don't Sell, Help!' philosophy. Over the year, Re:catch managed approximately 78,000 leads and successfully facilitated over 17,000 sales meetings. Notably, the meeting conversion rate after form submission reached 39%, surpassing the industry average by 1.9 times, and it successfully reduced the lead time from initial inquiry to sales meeting from 4.3 days to an innovative 35 seconds. Through this, clients are estimated to have generated over 22.5 billion KRW in potential revenue. Product innovation was also remarkable. Through 74 feature updates and 690 hours of customer communication, 35% of customer feedback (VoC) was actively reflected in the product. In particular, the 'Form/Lead Router' feature, which automatically links marketing forms with CRM field values, significantly reduced customers' repetitive work time, establishing itself as the most frequently used feature. The Re:catch blog rapidly emerged as a core content hub in the B2B CRM sector, recording a total of approximately 347,000 views and achieving an explosive organic traffic growth of 2,647% compared to the previous year. It attracted over 130,000 new visitors, raising its status as the most visited B2B CRM website among domestic solutions. Externally, Re:catch's value was also highly recognized. It became the first Korean startup to be selected as 'Product of the Week' on Product Hunt, won a main award at the iF Design Award 2024, and was selected for the Ministry of Science and ICT's Cloud Service Supply and Expansion Project for two consecutive years, among other prestigious achievements. Recently, large enterprises, including business units from two of Korea's top three telecommunication companies, have adopted Re:catch, drawing attention as a powerful B2B CRM alternative in the enterprise market as well. CEO Kim Woojin emphasized, "We have focused on building customer pipelines and improving decision-making for revenue managers," and revealed plans to further strengthen communication with customers in 2025 through the introduction of new AI-powered features and conferences. CPO Shin Seunghun stated, "If last year was the year of 0 to 1, and this year was 1 to 10, then 2025, under the motto 'Achieve More With Less,' will be a service that helps more B2B companies achieve cost-effective 10 to 100 growth," announcing the next innovative phase.
