The 4050 lifestyle platform 'Queenit' is launching its innovative short-form video service, 'Shorts,' providing customers with a more vivid and immersive shopping experience. Queenit, operated by Rappolabs, actively reflects the short-form trend by offering on its app's home and product detail pages 15-60 second self-produced videos, brand lookbooks, and influencer content.
Queenit deeply understands the characteristics of the 4060 generation, who spend the most time watching YouTube. They value real experiential information, such as product texture and fit, more than simple data, and place high trust in video content. Queenit's 'Shorts' perfectly satisfies these needs, vividly capturing the appeal of products that are difficult to convey through text or images. If users discover a product they like while watching a video, 'one-stop shopping' is possible, connecting directly to purchase, facilitating quick and intuitive purchase decisions.
Queenit has already proven the effectiveness of 'Shorts' through test operations. The purchase conversion rate for products utilizing short-form content increased by an average of 8%, and the average transaction amount also increased by an impressive 9%.
The 'Shorts' service, designed with an intuitive vertical swipe UI, is planned to expand to brand home pages and content sections in the future. Furthermore, it plans to expand its scope beyond fashion to beauty and living categories, showcasing diverse content such as styling know-how, product usage tips, and trend information.
This fall, Queenit will also launch the 'Queenit Creator Program,' supporting the influencer marketing of its partner brands. Influencers will create short-form content featuring partner brands' products, and Queenit will establish a win-win structure where it pays a certain percentage of the purchase amount as a reward for sales generated, providing partner brands with increased brand awareness and sales growth opportunities. Queenit's 'Shorts' is expected to establish itself as a core service, offering new shopping enjoyment to customers and a powerful growth engine to partner brands.
