An innovative service that alleviates the long-standing challenges of content collection and information update burdens in corporate website construction has been launched by Plan-i. The 'AI Conversational Website', based on 20 years of know-how, is the centerpiece of this innovation. Plan-i has noted that companies previously spent significant time and human resources gathering and organizing vast amounts of content during website creation, and continued to face difficulties updating information even after the website was completed. In fact, the content planning and processing stages alone accounted for over 40% of the total production schedule, causing severe bottlenecks. To solve these problems, Plan-i developed a technology where AI automatically structures various document formats such as PDF, HWP, Excel, and PPT, accumulated within companies, and converts them into a knowledge base. This automates the content collection and planning processes, significantly reducing not only the time and human resources required for website production but also repetitive tasks and operating costs. The biggest advantage of the 'AI Conversational Website' is its revolutionary improvement in information updating and user convenience. Users no longer need to navigate complex pages one by one; they can ask questions as if conversing in real-time with AI and immediately obtain the desired information. Notably, each answer is accompanied by its source document, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the information. This service adopts an advanced AI structure combining Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies. This enables it to accurately understand the user's query intent and provide precise, customized responses that surpass the limitations of existing chatbots. Currently, this service is actively operating on Plan-i's own website as well as in various medical institutions and companies. It features a hybrid structure that combines static page navigation with AI-based real-time response capabilities, offering users optimal information accessibility and convenience.
