Peer&Company launches AI anonymous career platform 'Peer Club'

Konkuk University Startup Support Foundation's 2025 Idea Commercialization Support selected company, Peer & Company, has officially launched its anonymous career networking platform, ‘Peer Club.’ ‘Peer Club’ is an innovative service that helps university students and job seekers easily acquire job information and real-world industry data. By combining an artificial intelligence (AI) recommendation system with industry and job-specific certified community features, it meticulously analyzes user profiles, areas of interest, learning patterns, and more to match users with optimal incumbent mentors. Key features include job information exploration, an anonymous Q&A community, and real-time Q&A, which are expected to contribute to resolving practical career concerns. Peer & Company has prioritized platform reliability, establishing thorough verification procedures and strict information quality standards. It has introduced a participation structure based on workplace, job role, and industry certifications, and systematically manages information quality through incentives for high-quality answers, AI-based malicious content filtering, and an expert leader system. In fact, approximately 60% of the questions within the platform are filled with practical information essential for practical work and career decisions, such as job-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), organizational structure, work difficulty, and growth roadmaps. Jo Seong-gwan, CEO of Peer & Company, emphasized, “There was a desperate need for a safe space where professionals could honestly discuss their career concerns and organizational culture. We focused on building genuine trust relationships through specialized expertise and sharing real experiences, differentiating ourselves from existing communities.” In the future, Peer & Company plans to go beyond forming user networks to build a comprehensive data-driven career ecosystem that leads to enhanced job competencies and successful employment connections.
