Smilegate Orange Planet has successfully concluded its regular recruitment for the second half of 2025, selecting a final 14 startup teams to lead innovation! Amidst fierce competition with over 400 teams applying, Orange Planet plans to provide focused support, dividing them into 6 'Orange Farm' teams and 8 'Orange Garden' teams according to their commercialization stage.
The 'Orange Farm' teams, which require early investment and full-scale business advancement, include teams with future-changing technological capabilities such as 'DORR,' an AI-based game video creating solution; 'ReaTravel,' an AI B2B global travel platform; 'SMPLY,' an AI-based IT asset and operations management solution; and 'Review Doctor,' an AI agent for small business marketing.
On the other hand, for 'Orange Garden' teams that need early growth momentum, teams from various fields closely related to daily life were selected, including 'DILAV,' a blockchain validator service; 'HeartFiction,' a personalized AI web novel; 'Celluble,' a zero-plastic eco-friendly beauty solution; and 'Sendman,' an e-commerce seller messaging automation solution.
All selected teams will receive customized education, coaching, and mentoring, as well as global expansion support, based on their team's progress and business stage. In particular, Orange Farm teams will enjoy comprehensive support for robust growth, including investment opportunities of up to 1 billion KRW, a year's worth of office space in Gangnam, Seoul, VC mentoring, and TIPS program linkage. Orange Garden teams will also receive 6 months of office space, along with support necessary to strengthen core competencies in the early stages of their business, such as customer discovery and marketing strategy development.
Orange Planet, which has supported over 400 startups over the past 10 years and achieved a cumulative enterprise value of 3.8 trillion KRW, is contributing to the creation of a healthy startup ecosystem by providing online incubation programs even to unselected teams starting this year.
Center Director Seo Sang-bong stated his aspiration, saying, "We are establishing ourselves as a global startup platform that helps startups overcome growth limitations and advance to the global stage," and "We will further strengthen the virtuous cycle by providing multi-faceted support that startups genuinely need, including global expansion." Under the full support of Orange Planet, the bright future of these 14 selected teams, as they leap towards becoming global unicorns, is highly anticipated.
