Nudge Healthcare's subsidiary, Dain, has led service innovation by newly introducing non-face-to-face psychological counseling features to its B2B mental healthcare platform, 'Nudge EAP'. Now, corporate employees can receive professional psychological counseling anytime, anywhere through a smartphone app. They can choose their preferred method from chat, phone, or video call, match with a professional counselor, and conveniently book counseling appointments.
This update, which prioritized user experience, has improved the overall app interface. A new 'Counseling' tab has been added, making it easy to find and immediately apply for personalized counselors, while the 'Home' tab has been completely revamped to allow users to grasp the status of their counseling and challenges at a glance. Mental health content, including psychological tests, has been significantly enhanced, and a location-based offline counseling center search function has been added to maximize accessibility. Additionally, the 'Nudge EAP' webpage has also been revamped to allow employees of client companies to access the service through their internal portals.
'Nudge EAP' is a B2B exclusive EAP (Employee Assistance Program) service for corporate employees, a healthcare solution that integrally manages both mental and physical health. It offers various health management content, psychological state diagnosis, counselor matching, as well as features for achieving step count goals and participating in challenges. Currently, over 2,000 companies worldwide are actively utilizing Nudge EAP for their employees' psychological counseling and emotional support.
Song Min-kyung, CEO of Dain, emphasized that this update is "the result of focusing on increasing access to counseling to respond more sensitively to the mental difficulties of organizational members and provide practical help," and stated her ambition to "drive both sustainable growth for companies and the well-being of their members simultaneously through mental healthcare services."
