## Now Robotics Passes Preliminary Review for KOSDAQ Listing… Countdown to Becoming a Global Robotics Leader Now Robotics, an innovative company in the robotics sector, has successfully passed a significant hurdle towards its KOSDAQ listing, completing preparations to officially begin its initial public offering (IPO) process. Daishin Securities will manage the listing, embarking on a journey of shared growth. Following this approval, Now Robotics will begin preparations for submitting its securities registration statement and plans to showcase its value to investors. Established in 2016, Now Robotics has gone beyond being a simple robot manufacturer to establish itself as a specialized company leading the era of intelligent robots. It boasts a diverse lineup of industrial robots, including pick-and-place, Cartesian, multi-joint, and SCARA types, as well as advanced autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for logistics. All of these are realized through its independently developed robot motion control and hardware design technologies. A key characteristic is its high competitiveness achieved through internalizing core technologies. Notably, Now Robotics is the only robotics startup in Korea to have consistently achieved steady annual revenue growth, solidifying its unique position. This stable growth has become an important foundation for gaining market trust. At the end of last year, it obtained an A grade in the Korea Exchange's rigorous technology evaluation, laying the groundwork for a special listing under the "materials, components, and equipment (SooBuJang)" category. This signifies the objective recognition of Now Robotics' technological prowess. The public offering funds to be raised through this listing are expected to become a key driving force for Now Robotics' future growth. The company plans to strengthen its production capabilities through factory expansion and equipment investment and accelerate technological innovation through continuous research and development. Furthermore, it harbors an ambitious vision to become a leader in the global robotics market by actively engaging in overseas marketing. Lee Jong-ju, CEO of Now Robotics, stated, "Passing the preliminary review for listing is a crucial milestone for entering the KOSDAQ market. Now, we will accelerate the public offering process, including the submission of the securities registration statement, and clearly present Now Robotics' value to our investors." As he stated, the day is not far when Now Robotics' envisioned leap to become a global robotics company will become a reality.
