Jobkorea's AI and data-driven HR tech platform, Ninehire, has unveiled new features set to innovate the efficiency and flexibility of the recruitment process. The core is the 'group scheduling coordination feature'. Previously, many inefficient methods existed where recruitment managers arbitrarily set group interview schedules involving multiple candidates and unilaterally notified them, making flexible recruitment difficult. Ninehire has enhanced its features to resolve these difficulties and allow for easier coordination of complex group interview schedules. In particular, unlike other solutions that only handle one-to-many (interviewer:candidate) scheduling, Ninehire boasts the unique strength of being able to coordinate schedules for multiple interviewers and multiple candidates simultaneously. Thanks to this, it can easily manage complex interview schedules of 5 types, from one-on-one and one-to-many interviews to interviewer-rotation, candidate-rotation, and group interviews. With the introduction of this feature, companies are expected to provide a candidate-centric interview experience even during rolling and large-scale open recruitments, significantly reducing the time and resources required for the hiring process. In addition, the 'message setting feature' that allows real-time communication with candidates has also been further enhanced. This feature, which allows recruitment managers to send a chat-enabled link to communicate instantly with candidates, is a service uniquely provided by Ninehire among Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Through this update, both security and user convenience have been strengthened by adding message access permission settings based on candidate status and additional authentication procedures. Ninehire is continuously striving to enhance its services based on the vast recruitment data and operational know-how of Jobkorea and Albamon.
