## Robotics Specialist Now Robotics Successfully Concludes IPO: Price Confirmed at 6,800 Won, Top End of Desired Band
Now Robotics, a robotics specialist manufacturer led by CEO Lee Jong-joo, signaled a successful start by confirming its public offering price at 6,800 won, the top end of its desired band, during the institutional investor demand forecasting session held from the 14th to the 18th. A total of 2,479 institutions participated, recording a high competition ratio of 1,394.96 to 1, and 13.59% of institutions committed to holding shares for a certain period, proving strong interest.
The public subscription for general investors will be held on both the 24th and 25th through Daishin Securities and IM Securities.
Established in 2016, Now Robotics has broken the mold of the existing robotics industry, achieving unique growth by going beyond just supplying robot hardware. It leverages its capabilities in building robot automation systems and robot development technologies to provide integrated software and hardware turnkey solutions. In particular, it is expanding its applicable industries with its diverse product range, including Korea's only high-payload capacity lineup.
Now Robotics is setting 2025 as the inaugural year for full-scale business expansion through enhanced product R&D, lineup expansion, and network building, and aims to achieve a turnaround to profit in 2026 with 24.1 billion won in sales and 1.3 billion won in operating profit. CEO Lee Jong-joo emphasized that these public offering funds will be invested in advancing R&D, expanding production capacity (CAPA), and broadening into global markets, thereby accelerating growth.
