Mush& Selected for Future Food Asia 2025 Top 10

Mush&, a company poised to lead the future of Korean food tech, has successfully established itself on the global stage by being named an honorable Top 10 finalist at Future Food Asia 2025, the most prestigious food tech startup competition in the Asia-Pacific region. A fierce competition for a total prize money of $100,000 will unfold on the main stage, which will be held in Singapore from the 21st to the 22nd. This advancement to the finals is expected to be a strong stepping stone for Mush& to fully enter the global market and attract international investment. Future Food Asia is a global accelerator platform that accelerates the growth of promising startups by connecting them with world-renowned companies such as Adisseo and Cargill. Notably, this year only 10 teams were finally selected from numerous innovative companies in the Asia-Pacific region, and Mush&'s sole inclusion as a Korean startup makes it even more significant. Mush& is accelerating its foray into the global market by contributing to solving future food problems through its uniquely developed 'mushroom mycelium-based sustainable food materials' and 'vertical smart farm solutions'. It has already demonstrated its capabilities by successfully establishing a smart mushroom model farm in Kenya through the KOICA CTS program, leading the way in disseminating Korea's advanced smart agricultural technology abroad.
