Moloco, a machine learning solutions company, has signed a strategic partnership with Xiaomi's Global Internet Business Department, injecting new momentum into the global mobile advertising market.
Xiaomi, which boasts over 720 million monthly active users (MAU) worldwide, is a global technology leader expanding its portfolio from smartphones to electric vehicles (including SU7) through its 'Human x Car x Home' smart ecosystem. This partnership leverages Xiaomi's extensive reach to accelerate the growth of app developers and focuses on providing advanced advertising solutions that enable brands to effectively reach a wider audience.
Moloco will integrate its advanced machine learning algorithms into advertising inventories, including Xiaomi's global app store GetApps (in-app ads, lock screen ads, etc.). This will enable hyper-personalized ad targeting, helping developers efficiently increase app downloads and supporting advertisers in maximizing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
The pilot partnership, which began in 2023, has already shown encouraging results. Advertisers' daily ad spend within GetApps has increased, and conversion rates for key ad formats such as native ads and interstitial ads have significantly improved. The effects of the partnership were particularly prominent in key markets including Brazil, India, Turkey, and Germany.
