Law firm Mission, along with its 4th anniversary ceremony, officially launched 'Mission Cross-Border Members (MXM),' opening a venue for cross-border solidarity and hospitality for global entrepreneurs. CEO Attorney Kim Sung-hoon reaffirmed the establishment of an ecosystem that supports challenges and dreams for a better future as Mission's founding philosophy, emphasizing the importance of 'building trust' as a key task for the Korean startup ecosystem to advance globally. He explained that transparent compliance and sound governance must serve as the foundation for innovation.
Mission aims to be more than just a legal service provider; it aspires to be a 'community of cross-border hospitality and solidarity for the next generation.' To realize this vision, it established 'Mission International,' which assists with cross-border M&A and overseas expansion, and 'MIS (MISSION Institute for Strategy),' a policy research think tank. It also expressed its commitment to supporting even companies that have experienced failure, enabling them to continue new innovations and challenges.
Mission's philosophy of viewing its clients as 'partners building the future together' shone brightly at the event. Messages of gratitude and support from various partners who have grown with Mission since its early days firmly demonstrated these relationship-oriented values.
The newly launched MXM is a community specifically designed for 'cross-border companies' operating businesses in two or more countries. Its ultimate goal is to support entrepreneurs in growing beyond borders by building essential industry and region-specific networks and fostering trust-based global cooperation. Executives from leading global innovation companies and investment firms, including Kim Jae-hong, Co-CEO of Channel Corp., and Kim Sung-mo, CEO of Datarize, participated as founding members, lending strength to MXM's vision.
CEO Kim Sung-hoon expressed his aspiration to "create communities equipped with information, trust, and networks in all countries where Korean startups expand," emphasizing that "we will build the future together with the power of solidarity that transcends borders and nationalities." Mission promised to be a reliable platform that helps global entrepreneurs overcome the barriers they face and move towards greater success through mutual respect and cooperation.
