MindLogic FactChat Becomes AI Infrastructure for 19 Universities

Mindlogic's generative AI platform 'FactChat' is leading innovation in educational and public institutions, extending beyond 19 domestic universities, including Seoul National University. Designed for simultaneous use by multiple members within an organization, FactChat boasts astonishing cost savings of up to 90% compared to overseas paid AI services. Thanks to its strength of allowing users to select the latest LLMs such as GPT-4o, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude according to their needs and conveniently use them in a web environment, it rapidly spread immediately after its launch to major universities like Seoul National University, Sogang University, and Soongsil University, as well as over 100 elementary, middle, and high schools, and local governments including Yongin Special City and Hwasun County Office. Specifically, Seoul National University uses it for administrative efficiency and research purposes, while Sogang University confirmed significant cost savings after just three weeks of a pilot program with faculty and staff, deciding to expand the service to all students. Soongsil University also introduced FactChat this semester, full-scaleing the use of AI in educational settings. In addition, Mindlogic's other innovative generative AI service, 'Infome,' is dramatically improving information accessibility as a multilingual guidance chatbot in 22 institutions, including universities and libraries. Going beyond traditional menu-based chatbots, it accurately resolves user inquiries through natural language conversations and significantly enhances convenience for international students by supporting over 100 languages and incorporating voice ARS functionality. In fact, one university that adopted it demonstrated high satisfaction, with over half of all users reusing Infome within just one year. Mindlogic promises the continuous development of both platforms.
