Kakao Healthcare, which is opening new horizons in healthcare management, is drawing significant attention by officially launching 'Pinoert,' an innovative personalized weight management service, within its AI-based mobile healthcare solution 'PASTA' app. As can be inferred from the compound word of 'Phenotype' and 'Diet,' Pinoert is a hyper-personalized service that goes beyond simple weight loss, deeply analyzing an individual's unique constitution and tendencies to provide optimized lifestyle routines. The core of this service lies in the 'Digital Phenotype,' which is constructed by integrating users' dietary habits, activity levels, and mental data. AI meticulously classifies individual characteristics into 20 types and visualizes them with friendly and intuitive characters such as 'Steel-minded Avocado' and 'Crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside Croissant,' helping users understand themselves more easily and engage with the service. Users set their target weight and period according to their digital phenotype, then start a 'Routine Race,' receiving AI-based customized calorie control, meal plans, and exercise guides, and staying consistently motivated by checking their daily progress. In particular, Pinoert's development involved leading medical experts in Korea, such as Professor Choi Hyung-jin of Seoul National University College of Medicine and Professor Kim Su-jin of Korea University Anam Hospital, as well as specialists from Kakao Healthcare, further enhancing its medical credibility and professionalism. Meanwhile, the PASTA app has added a new '3D Body Scan' feature that helps manage body shape by parts using a smartphone camera, enhancing user convenience. Kakao Healthcare plans to continuously update various features monthly, such as Meal MBTI, sleep analysis and exercise coaching, and rPPG-based stress self-measurement, accelerating service advancement.
