Senior care specialized company Caring has successfully opened 'The Pyeongchon', the first branch of 'Caring Village', a premium nursing home and new residential model for seniors, in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, heralding an innovation in senior life. Caring Village The Pyeongchon, which began full-scale operation this month, is not just a nursing home, but a medical-specialized premium facility that prioritizes access to medical services and convenience for seniors.
Caring Village The Pyeongchon is equipped with dedicated medical facilities offering various treatments such as family medicine, dermatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry, as well as a specialized physical therapy room, meticulously attending to the health of seniors. Furthermore, each floor is efficiently arranged with private 1-2 person rooms, comfortable common living rooms, nurse stations, and shower rooms, providing a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
Above all, to provide 24-hour seamless close medical and care services, top-level senior care professionals including dedicated nurses, care workers, social workers, and physical therapists reside on-site, looking after each senior like family. In particular, the 'Daily Check-up' which meticulously monitors residents' health daily, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, and the innovative 'ComCog Program' for dementia and depression prevention and management, are distinctive strengths unique to Caring Village The Pyeongchon.
Furthermore, it supports everything for the seniors' vibrant daily lives, from meticulous management of medication guidance and medical appointments through a personalized 'Personal Care Plan', to a 'Wellness Program' that supports pain treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise, and '1:1 Care Services' for meal assistance and independence support.
To ensure the highest quality medical services, Caring has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Roem Medical Group, a professional hospital and clinic operating company that runs facilities like Mediheim Hyo Nursing Hospital. Roem Medical Group will be responsible for dedicated medical care for Caring Village residents, while Caring will maximize synergy by overseeing senior care program operation and caregiver training based on its know-how in operating directly managed branches nationwide.
Kim Tae-seong, CEO of Caring, pointed out the current senior housing market's dichotomy between high-end residences and nursing homes primarily centered on 4-6 person rooms, and promised to continuously create innovative senior residential environment models where quality 24-hour care can be received in private, dedicated spaces.
Meanwhile, Caring has expanded its business into the senior housing sector, opening 'Caring Stay', an urban paid senior living facility, in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do this January. With plans to open up to five more branches this year, including in Pocheon and Byeollae, it is solidifying its position as a leader in the senior care market.
